EuropAssistance SA awarded the UK legal and welfare call center service

As the outsourcing call centre boom hits the globe, European countries are looking not just beyond their borders, but also over the high seas for inexpensive yet effective call centre agents and companies.

And South Africa became the focal point for Europ Assistance UK when they were looking for an avenue to outsource their legal and welfare departments.

A leading assistance company and partner based in the economic powerhouse of Africa, Europ Assistance South Africa, answered the call and now boasts the UK legal and welfare assistance line.

The plans for this African triumph were laid in June and the infrastructure took four months to implement with telephonic routers being installed to allow for calls to be made to Britain at an inexpensive rate, as well as delegating qualified EASA lawyers and selecting suitable personal health advisors to handle these calls.

Both types of calls are initially answered in the UK by front-end call takers who verify the callers' details and then transfer them to the South African numbers.
