Ghana Fashion & Design Week

The Ghana Fashion and Design Week GFDW 2016 will feature trade shows, runway shows and fashion parties. These events will enable local and global labels to connect, establish common grounds for collaborations, while celebrating the artistic spirit of Ghana.

The Ghana Fashion and Design Week program will include:

• GFDW Runway Shows: they present new season collections from designers in Ghana to the world.
• Fashion workshops that enable information exchange, knowledge transfer and networking opportunities.
• GFDW Showrooms featuring fashion products, accessories and textiles.

These fashion events introduce promising artists from 2nd Image Academy, HOD Fashion Design and the various fashion houses around Accra. This year’s event has a designated slot for new upcoming fashion graduates.
