Charles Beiles announces retirement from ABC

Audit Bureau of Circulations of South Africa (ABC) general manager Charles Beiles has announced his retirement. He vacates the role after more than 15 years.

ABC senior auditor Rickey Gounder will replace Beiles as GM.
