The improved Help Centre saves time as it reduces the need to email or call the Contact Centre for assistance. The improved design and content categorisation arranges questions and answers into topics - an easier way to find answers.. While the related topics and information provide added insight, they also offer answers to related questions that customers probably didn't even know they had.
