As a claims clerk the following below are my duties on a daily basis: *Process claims (on multiple spread sheets) *Generate claim recons for each client - which are compiled at the end of each month when we receive a statement from the client. *Check damages on the floor (warehouse) - we receive the damages back from the customer if the client took insurance on them. *Stock count - this is done to keep track of stationery on hand to know when and what to order in time. *Stationery ordering/purchasing. *Stationery distribution for all branches. *Capture notes and POD's. *Filling. *Weekly claim reports *Weekly payment (pay out) reports *Queries relating to claims *Help with answering calls at the switchboard
