I have been with the company for sevn years now being a verification / Quality assurance officer in an insurrance industry as the company is administoring policies for underwritters and having their own call centre whereby my department comes in to monitor the sales that are being diallied by our consultants if they are along with some underwritters SLA and Fias agreements to monitor the quality of sales done,and helping into coaching the ones that needs to be coached accoprdingly.
