Parts Sales Executives

A well-established dealership is urgently looking for two parts sales executives to join their parts department in the East Rand of Gauteng.

Requirements:

• Must have parts sales experience in the automotive industry
• Grade 12
• Computer Literate
• Work well under pressure
• Multitasker
• Customer care skills
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Service existing clients
• Parts sourcing
• Assist service department with parts request orders
• Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
• Provide best customer service
• Handle customer complaints
• Receive and log stock into inventory
• Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
• Maintain parts department neat and tidy
