Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
Provide architectural blueprints to the development team.
Guide and assist the development team throughout the process.
Troubleshoot and resolve coding or design issues.
Upgrade the quality of the team’s code by demonstrating better practices.
Ensure adherence to development schedules and deadlines.
Present regular progress reports and set goals.
Test the final product for functionality and compliance with requirements.
Update software solutions as necessary.
Key requirements:
Degree in computer science or relevant engineering field.
Extensive experience in software development and project management.
Proficient coding skills acquired over three + years of experience.
Solid understanding of various programming tools and development platforms.
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to identify opportunities for quality improvement in code.
Clear articulation of technical insights to enhance team performance.
High standards for code quality, including unit-testing and functional testing.
Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
