Our client, one of SA’s leading film, TV, video and AV companies, is on the hunt for a dynamic energetic Salesperson, a
HUNTER by nature, to join their team, where hard work, team collaboration and fun are at the forefront of their culture. They are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality services to some of SA’s Biggest Blue-chip corporates and agencies; and are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join their team.

Advertising-Funded Programming, a model where brands sponsor high-quality, reality-based television shows. Instead of placing a traditional 30-second commercial, the brand becomes part of the story — woven into the narrative in a way that resonates with audiences, strengthens brand loyalty, and delivers measurable return on investment. Their
AFP projects create authentic, meaningful connections between brands and viewers through the realm of
“Advertainment”, offering a more engaging alternative to standard advertising.
The candidate will champion the growth of their
AFP initiatives within the broader sales function, focussing on actively identifying and converting opportunities for
branded reality-style programming, building strategic partnerships, and closing
high-value deals. You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams to develop compelling shows that align to relevant brands.
This role is perfect for a relationship-focused sales leader with the determination to pursue complex, long-cycle deals — someone who values long-term strategic wins and significant commission potential over quick-turn, transactional sales.
Requirements:- Identify, engage, and build relationships with brands and agencies that would benefit from branded programming
- Educate prospective clients on the AFP model, its audience benefits, and its strategic ROI
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop tailored, impactful proposals
- Present and pitch innovative program ideas to senior marketing decision-makers
- Recommend suitable platforms and channels, supporting recommendations with research and audience data
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining a healthy, long-term pipeline
- Cultivate enduring client partnerships that support repeat and future projects
