Who Are We Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who can lead daily operations, manage multiple projects and drive efficiency across production, installation and administrative teams.



What Will You Do: 

• Oversee end-to-end operations, including production and installation processes
  

• Manage operational budgets and supplier/vendor relationships
  

• Lead, mentor and develop the administrative team
  

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
  

• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements for operational performance
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
  

What Will You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  

• 5+ years’ experience in operations or business leadership
  

• Strong project management, budgeting and organisational skills
  

• Industry experience in outdoor advertising, production, or related sectors preferred
