Job description

InVision Marketing is rapidly expanding and is on the lookout for motivated and hard-working individuals to join our team as field agents.Our company is a direct marketing company, meaning our agents are interacting with customers face-to-face and effectively generating sales.

No previous work experience is needed and training is provided to everyone to help them get started and also master the sales industry. Our company also has competitive and incentives for those meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will also get the opportunity to travel.

Roles and responsibilities 

- Evaluate customers needs
- Create and maintain customers database
- Maintain client records
- Attend sales meetings and training 
- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs 
- Planning sales strategies 
- Educating consumers on product features 
- Resolving customer complaints 
- Effectively generating sales to reach your sales target
