CGCSA appoints Zinhle Tyikwe as CEO

The Board of GS1 South Africa, trading as the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (CGCSA) has named Zinhle Tyikwe as its CEO. Tyikwe takes over for Gwarega Mangozhe, who leaves at the end of June to pursue other interests.

Tyikwe holds two degrees from Unisa in human resources development and industrial psychology and organisational development, as well as an MBA from the University of South Wales. Tyikwe has been working in HR and management for 20 years.
