Develop your Thinking F.I.T. for the Future Workshop
We cannot Future Proof ourselves, but we can be Future FIT.
FIT: Develop your Foresight, so that you have the Insight, to create the Transformation that is required for the Future
1. Move your teams from overwhelm and uncertainty to anticipatory and responsive.
2. Develop future fit and relevant skills without time-consuming and expensive interventions.
3. Connect futures thinking skills to the work on your desktop right now.
Your people are highly skilled, for a world that no longer exists. The future is arriving faster than your skills development plan can respond. And loud trends and noisy headlines obscure the real issues you need to respond to in order to remain relevant and in business in the future.
If this resonates, then this Future FIT workshop is for you.
What happens when you give a team better tools for thinking about what comes next? They become better at spotting signals, questioning assumptions and at recognising possibilities.
And, most importantly, better at performing in times of uncertainty.
Develop Your Thinking F.I.T. for the Future is a practical, interactive workshop designed to build three capabilities:
FORESIGHT — seeing what might be emerging
INSIGHT — making sense of what you're seeing
TRANSFORMATION — turning new understanding into action
Participants explore futures thinking, different thinking styles, assumptions, trends, systems and practical foresight tools they can use in their everyday work.
