House and Leisure launches renovators' magazine

House and Leisure, has launched a renovators' magazine, HL Before & After, that features the six finalists of the magazine's inaugural House and Leisure RenoInnoVation Award, which readers can vote for and stand a chance to win prizes. In addition, the magazine contains renovation ideas for specific parts of the home - from kitchens and bathrooms to exteriors and pool areas.
