The Dutch government after consultations with the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment has approved the KLM's rapid antigen testing requirements for countries that are not on the government's list of safe countries. KLM has also banned flights from the United Kingdom, South Africa and South America to the Netherlands.
