Andile Khumalo named Ince board chairperson
Andile Khumalo will serve as the chairperson of the Ince board. He replaces Caxton's Piet Greyling who remains a director.
Khumalo's former experience spans investment banking with Investec Corporate Finance, as well as being COO of MSG Afrika, managing director of Power 98.7, a business talk show host and director of SAA.
He is currently chairperson of the House of Brave Group, a fully integrated marketing communications group, and has also served as the President of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa, as a member of the Takeover Regulations Panel and a member of the FSB's Directorate of Market Abuse.
