Roxy van Rooyen and Candice Bailey have joined the Media Nova sales team.
Van Rooyen is heading Johannesburg sales for Sandton, joining Samantha Peel who looks after Cape Town clients. With B-Comm degrees in marketing and advertising from Bond and a background in sales and marketing, Van Rooyen joins Sandton from Graffiti Design where she was a project manager. Prior to that, she worked in sales and marketing in London, including sales for the high-end Season magazine.
Bailey joins the Media Nova sales team – looking after The Property Magazine's clients – from Caxton Community Newspapers where she worked on the company's northern suburbs titles. Since its inception in 2004 Media Nova has won a number of prestigious industry awards including the 2007 PICA Award (Philip Tyler Trophy) for innovation in magazine publishing, based on its innovative conceptual and distribution model.
Marketer, Paul Reynell has joined the team at Media Nova as national marketing manager, based at the Cape Town offices.
