Profitroom appoints its inaugural customer success manager for Southern Africa

Profitroom has appointed Aneli Gerber as its first customer success manager in South Africa. Since 2000, she has worked in tourism, learning about hotels, lodges and teamwork. She worked in Botswana, Namibia and Europe, broadening her industry experience.
