Averda promotes Mariam Ansari, Brindha Roberts

Waste management company Averda has promoted Mariam Ansari and Brindha Roberts to the roles of director of plastics recycling and group director of sustainability respectively. Roberts was Averda's head of sustainability, while Ansari previously held the head of special projects position.

Roberts will be responsible for running strategic sustainability initiatives across all Averda's nine countries of operation, while Ansari will lead the company's expansion in the plastics recycling sector.
