Michelle Seroke joins Mediclinic Southern Africa as chief human resources officer

Mediclinic Southern Africa has appointed Michelle Seroke as chief human resources officer.

Seroke brings extensive HR leadership experience from roles at ArcelorMittal, Eskom, GE Southern Africa, and the Central Energy Fund. Most recently, she was chief people officer at Motus Corporation, overseeing HR across multiple regions.

She holds a bachelor’s in psychology and industrial sociology from the University of Cape Town and is pursuing a postgraduate diploma in project management. Seroke will join the MCSA executive and group HR committees.
