South African ad talent earns top spots in Clio Africa & ME rankings

Under marketing rankings, Unilever’s Elizabeth Mokwena, chief marketing officer, shares third place with marketing leads Kenosi Matsebatlela and Navini Ramsamie.

VML also has a strong showing, with six South African creatives featured in the creative rankings. Chief creative officer Fran Luckin, copywriter Mahlahtse Mokautu, art director Mzolo Gcwabe, executive creative director Nhlanhla Ncgobo, creative director Thando Silimela and creative director Tumi Moutlana are all tied at ninth place.

Meanwhile, The Odd Number's Mbali Mchunu and Rayhaan Mehtar are ranked seventh under Strategy.
