Clover extends into Africa

Clover has extended its business into the African continent. Clover Zambia has now been registered as a company and has closed a contract manufacturing agreement, as well as a sales and distribution agreement, with Finta Danish Dairies in Livingstone in Zambia. Finta will manufacture long-life UHT milk for Clover and distribute it in the Zambian market. They will also distribute various other Clover products on Clover's behalf. Clover is considering expanding into other African countries in the near future.
