No previous work experience is required as our company believes in building and moulding our partners to generate sales using our marketing system, therefore we provide training to our partners on a daily basis.

Duties as a Field Agent:
- Evaluate customers needs
- Create and maintain customers database
- Maintain client records
- Attend sales meetings and training
- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Planning sales strategies
- Educating consumers on product features
- Resolving customer complaints
- Effectively generating sales to reach your sales target
