At least one year's contact centre experience (or be really impressive communicator if you don’t).
You must have a fast broadband connection with good upload and download speed.
You must be able to communicate effectively in English to customers from the UK.
You must love cats! This is a role for someone who has a passion for customer service and a passion for cats.

Experience in serving customers in the UK if possible
A great cheerful personality.
A really pleasant clear voice and cheerful demeanour.
Computer literate.

Quiet office space to work from home, with a fibre internet connection.
Laptop or desktop computer.
Back up power to protect from load shedding
