    Job description

    Who are we:

Imagine combining your digital marketing expertise with a business that protects some of Africa's most incredible wildlife and wild places.

We are a purpose-driven organisation operating at the intersection of wildlife conservation, luxury travel and tourism, creating unforgettable experiences while making a meaningful impact on conservation across Africa. Our team is passionate, innovative and driven by a shared commitment to protecting natural habitats for future generations.

    Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a digitally savvy marketer who is equal parts creative, analytical and technically strong.

You will thrive if you enjoy building high-performing digital campaigns, love digging into SEO and analytics and get excited about creating content that inspires people to explore Africa's extraordinary wildlife and destinations.

Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for travel, tourism, conservation and the outdoors.

    What will you do:

Drive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta, email and social media.
    • Optimise websites and digital content to increase engagement and conversions.
    • Manage and enhance our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
    • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to continually improve results.
    • Create compelling content that brings our conservation and tourism experiences to life.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to grow our brand and reach new audiences.
    • Help tell powerful stories that inspire travellers while supporting conservation initiatives.

    What do you need:
    • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
    • Around 5+ years' experience in digital marketing.
    • Strong SEO, paid media, web management and content marketing experience.
    • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot and WordPress.
    • Google Digital Marketing certifications (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
    • Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality or conservation would be a distinct advantage.
    • A curious mindset, a proactive approach and a genuine passion for Africa, wildlife and conservation.

If your heart belongs in the bush but your skills belong in digital marketing, this could be the perfect opportunity.
