We are a fast-growing leader in the out-of-home (OOH) and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media industry, known for delivering premium advertising solutions to some of South Africa's leading brands. Following a period of exceptional growth, we are expanding our Johannesburg sales team and looking for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning new business.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven, commercially astute Senior Direct Sales Executive who is passionate about developing new business opportunities. This is a true hunting role, suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and turning prospects into long-term clients. What will you do?

• Identify, prospect and secure new direct clients through cold calling, networking and proactive business development

• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and identify opportunities

• Develop and present strategic OOH and DOOH advertising solutions tailored to client needs

• Build compelling commercial proposals and negotiate contracts

• Drive new revenue growth while developing long-term client relationships

• Stay informed on market trends and identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and exceptional client service

Who do we need?

• Minimum 5 years' sales experience within media, advertising or a related commercial environment

• Demonstrated success in winning new business and developing client accounts from scratch

• Strong prospecting, networking and cold-calling abilities

• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

• Commercially minded with the ability to sell strategic solutions rather than products

• Knowledge of the media landscape; experience within OOH or DOOH would be advantageous but is not essential

• Self-motivated, resilient and target driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets

• A collaborative team player who contributes to the success of the wider business
