Multimedia Designer ( Graphic, Motion & 3D)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer with a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. You'll be equally comfortable designing for digital and print, creating motion graphics, and producing engaging visual content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.

What will you do?

• Design high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites and marketing materials
• Develop print-ready artwork for out-of-home media, brochures, packaging, point-of-sale and other promotional collateral
• Create engaging 2D motion graphics and 3D visual content for campaigns, product explainers and social media
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery
• Produce moodboards, storyboards and visual concepts that communicate campaign ideas effectively
• Ensure all creative work is accurate, visually consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring platform and production specifications are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions and incorporate feedback
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative quality

What do you need?

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in multimedia or graphic design across digital and print environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, 3D work and print/out-of-home projects
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Experience using 3D design software such as blender or similar
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing and visual communication principles
• Excellent typography, layout and colour skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering high-quality work

Advantageous:

• Agency or production studio experience
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision or similar collaboration tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or interactive media
• Experience designing for retail, shopper marketing or experiential campaigns
